spent two of my fridays with my parents.
rare. very rare.
want to congratulate dad.
for finally being able to go back to doing something he has always been passionate about.
i must be the only one at home who is presently agreeing fully to his decision.
but honestly, it's not our choice to choose for him.
i like to step in his shoes and feel how he's feeling when he tells me his stories.
and i can seriously feel how happy and relieved he was.
the environment he's in currently isn't good for his health.
long hours everyday in that kind of humid environment.
everytime i see him, he's sweating like hell.
and his actions always the same. wiping his face with the towel around his neck.
but still greets me happily, despite how tired he was, when i'm there.
over the years here, he's been falling ill more frequently than anyone of us.
and he's applying medication all the time as his skin cracks too often.
it's so frequent that sometimes i remember seeing him do it even though he didn't.
and not to mention those swollen ankles from the long hours of standing.
moreover, two difficult customers are harder to handle than twenty animals.
dad...
why do you have to work so hard for us?
i'm so glad you are my dad.
