in the past, said my lecturer, when she hadn't known much about painting,
she thought paintings were done mainly (or rather, only) from the "spontaneous overflow of powerful emotions" in painters themselves.
i think that's an excellent way to describe them. you do get carried away sometimes. i believe.
but powerful emotions don't beat careful planning.

was up at 630 this morning. truth is, i didn't sleep at all last night. kept thinking of things. many things. lots of things.
i may forget to go for class next week.
i have few things to do. few big things.
just had a feeling i need to get them completed soon.

i don't know what i'm doing.

What was before your eyes seems pretty obvious.
But sub-consciously you could feel the truth which wasn't really laid before your eyes.
It comes to you in dreams most of the time.
just goes to say that there are always truth in dreams.

was at the science centre on tuesday for the Da Vinci exhibit.
can't say i learnt alot but it was pretty enriching.
interesting, so you guys might wanna catch it.
you learn about the Mona Lisa and why it's so famous, if, those are the questions you've been asking yourself alot.
went round the science centre afterthat but really, I can conclude even more from that that I'm definitely not a science person.

initially, we planned a day at ECP yesterday to cycle and learn to cycle (that's for me).
but ended up, G and misswee were the ones taking me back and forth on the 2-person-bike.
heh! paiseh! i still didn't learn how to cycle!
but i had a fun and equally tiring day,
ok, maybe not that equal hee.
btw, bedok jetty is a nice place dont you agree? hee!
